The Deals section of your Dashboard provides a high-level view of your sponsorship activity. At a glance, you can see how much you've earned, how many campaigns you're actively working on, and how many brand partnerships you've successfully completed.

This information helps you monitor the health of your creator business without needing to review each deal individually.

Understanding Your Deal Metrics

The Deals section displays three key performance metrics.

Payout

Payout represents the total amount you've been paid from deals marked with a status of Closed Won.

Only completed sponsorships are included in this amount.

As additional deals are completed and marked as Closed Won, this total will automatically update.

Production

The Production metric shows the number of deals currently in progress.

These are sponsorships that have a status of Production, meaning you're actively working on the campaign.

Examples include:

  • Creating content
  • Filming or editing
  • Waiting for brand approval
  • Preparing content to go live

As campaigns are completed and move to another deal status, they are automatically removed from your Production count.

Deal Completed

The Deals Completed metric displays the total number of sponsorships that have been successfully completed.

This gives you a quick way to measure your overall experience working with brands and track how your creator business has grown over time.

Filter Your Results

By default, the Deals section displays data across the lifetime of your CM Hub account.

You can use the available filters to view performance for a specific period.

Available filters include:

  • Current Month
  • Current Year
  • Last Year
  • Custom Date Range

To create your own reporting period, simply select a Start Date and End Date using the custom date filter.

The dashboard will automatically update to display the matching results.

Why This Matters

Reviewing your Deals metrics regularly can help you:

  • Monitor your sponsorship income.
  • Track your current workload.
  • Measure how many partnerships you've completed.
  • Compare performance across different time periods.
  • Better understand the growth of your creator business.

Using date filters also allows you to evaluate seasonal trends and compare your performance from month to month or year to year.

Tips

  • Keep your deal statuses up to date so your Dashboard accurately reflects your current workload.
  • Mark completed sponsorships as Closed Won to ensure they are included in your earnings and completed deal totals.
  • Use custom date ranges to review specific campaigns, quarters, or brand partnerships.
  • Review your Deals metrics regularly to stay informed about your business performance and identify growth trends.
