What You Unlock

Connect Your Gmail Account

To connect your Gmail account:

  1. Click Profile from the Side Menu.
  2. Select the Connect tab.
  3. Click Connect Gmail.
  4. Sign in to the Google account you would like to connect.
  5. Review Google's requested permissions.
  6. Click Allow to authorize CM Hub.

Once connected, Gmail-powered features will immediately become available within your account.

How CM Hub Uses Your Gmail Account

CM Hub only accesses your Gmail account to provide the features you've chosen to use.

Depending on how you use CM Hub, Gmail may be used to:

  • Send outreach campaigns.
  • Send invoices.
  • Deliver post-campaign follow-up emails.
  • Help Sasha organize your inbox.
  • Detect sponsorship conversations.
  • Import historical brand campaigns.

Your Gmail account remains under your control at all times, and you can disconnect it whenever you choose.

Your Privacy Matters

Your privacy and the security of your Gmail account are extremely important to us.

CM Hub does not store copies of your email messages in our database.

Your emails remain securely stored within your Gmail account. CM Hub only accesses your Gmail when necessary to power the features you've chosen to use.

When applicable, CM Hub stores only the information required to support your creator business, such as deal records, outreach activity, campaign information, and other data you choose to manage within the platform—not copies of your email messages.

You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Connect tab.
