Already have years of conversations with brands? There's no need to start from scratch.
The Import Data feature scans your Gmail account for previous brand conversations and automatically builds your brand CRM by identifying companies, brand representatives, and sponsorship opportunities. This helps you reconnect with past partners, organize your existing relationships, and begin using CM Hub with valuable historical data already in place.
Importing your existing data is one of the fastest ways to get the most out of CM Hub.
Start an Import Session
To begin importing your brand data:
Click Profile from the Side Menu.
Select the Import Data tab.
Click Scan.
Choose the Gmail folders you would like CM Hub to scan.
Click Start Import.
Depending on the number of emails being scanned, the import process may take several minutes to complete.
Select Folders to Scan
During the import process, you'll choose which Gmail folders CM Hub should search.
For the best results, we recommend selecting folders that are most likely to contain sponsorship conversations, such as:
- Inbox
- Sent
- Brand Partnerships
- Sponsorships
- Collaborations
- Archived campaign folders
Selecting only relevant folders can improve import accuracy and reduce unnecessary processing time.
What CM Hub Imports
During the scan, CM Hub analyzes your selected email folders to identify information related to your creator business.
When available, CM Hub may automatically import:
- Companies you've worked with.
- Brand representatives and their contact information.
- Previous sponsorship opportunities.
- Existing brand relationships.
This information is used to help build your CRM and make it easier to reconnect with brands you've previously worked with or pitched.
Review Imported Data
CM Hub uses AI to identify and organize your historical brand data.
While the import process is highly effective, we recommend reviewing the imported information to ensure everything has been categorized correctly.
After your import is complete, you can:
- Edit imported companies.
- Update brand representative information.
- Remove duplicate records.
- Delete any information that isn't relevant.
Taking a few minutes to review your imported data helps ensure your CRM remains accurate and organized.
