Your payment information allows CM Hub to generate professional invoices that include your preferred payment methods. By keeping this information up to date, you make it easier for brands to pay you promptly while reducing unnecessary back-and-forth during the payment process.
Your payment information is only used when generating invoices and is stored securely to help protect your sensitive financial information.
Access Your Payment Information
To manage your payment details:
- Click Profile from the Side Menu.
- Select the Payment Info tab.
- Double-click any editable field to update your information.
- Click anywhere outside the field to automatically save your changes.
Add Your Bank Information
Enter the banking information you would like brands to use when paying your invoices.
Providing accurate payment details helps ensure payments are sent to the correct account and reduces delays once an invoice has been approved.
If your banking information changes, be sure to update it before sending your next invoice.
Add Alternative Payment Methods
In addition to your bank account information, you can also provide alternative payment options for brands that prefer digital payment services.
CM Hub currently supports:
- PayPal
- Zelle
Simply enter the email address associated with each payment service to make these options available on your invoices.
Offering multiple payment methods can make it easier for brands to complete payments using their preferred process.
How Your Payment Information Is Used

When you send an invoice to a brand, your selected payment methods are included so the brand knows exactly how and where to submit payment.
CM Hub does not share your payment information outside of the invoices you choose to send.
