Managing account settings

Your account settings allow you to keep your login information secure and up to date. Whether you're changing your password or updating the email address associated with your account, CM Hub uses a verification code to help protect your account from unauthorized changes.

Access Your Account Settings

To manage your account settings:

1. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of CM Hub.
2. Click the arrow next to Settings.
3. Select either Change Password or Change Email Address.

Change Your Password

To update your password:

1. Select Change Password.
2. Click Send Verification Code.
3. Check the inbox for the email address associated with your CM Hub account.
4. Enter the verification code.
5. Create your new password.
6. Save your changes.

Your new password will be used the next time you sign in to CM Hub.

Change Your Email Address

To update your account email:

1. Select Change Email Address.
2. Click Send Verification Code.
3. Check the inbox for the email address currently associated with your CM Hub account.
4. Enter the verification code.
5. Enter your new email address.
6. Save your changes.

Your new email address will become the primary email associated with your CM Hub account and should be used the next time you sign in.

Why Is a Verification Code Required?

To help protect your account, CM Hub requires email verification before allowing changes to your login credentials. This additional security step helps ensure that only you can update your account information.

Tips

• Make sure you have access to your current email address before attempting to change your login credentials.
• Choose a strong, unique password that you don't use for other online accounts.
• If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder before requesting a new code.
