The top navigation bar gives you quick access to the tools you'll use every day. Learn what each icon does, where to find important account information, and how to stay informed with notifications and upcoming campaign deadlines.
Your profile menu
Your Profile Menu provides quick access to your account information and settings. From here, you can view your available credit balance, install the CM Hub Chrome Extension, update your account settings, and securely sign out of your account.
To open the Profile Menu, click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of any page within CM Hub.

Understanding the Profile Menu
The Profile Menu includes the following options:
Credits
Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the menu.
Click Credits to view your available balance or purchase additional credits for features such as brand pitching and other credit-powered tools.
Chrome Extension
Select Chrome Extension to install the CM Hub Chrome Extension.
The extension allows you to quickly add companies and brand representatives to your CM Hub account while browsing LinkedIn.
Note: The CM Hub Chrome Extension is only available for Google Chrome.
Settings
Click Settings to manage your account information.
From the Settings menu, you can:
- Change your email address
- Change your account password
Logout
Click Logout to securely sign out of your CM Hub account.
After logging out, you'll be redirected to the Login page where you can sign in again at any time.
Tips
- Regularly review your available credits so you're prepared before launching outreach campaigns or using credit-powered features.
- Keep your account email address up to date to ensure you receive important notifications, verification emails, and account updates.
- Always log out when using a shared or public computer to help keep your account secure.
Notification Center
The Notification Center helps you stay informed about important activity within your CM Hub account. Whether a brand replies to your outreach, a deal is updated, or another important event occurs, you'll receive a notification so you can quickly take action and keep your creator business moving forward.
To access the Notification Center, click the bell icon located in the upper-right corner of any page within CM Hub.
Using the Notification Center
When you open the Notification Center, you'll see a list of your most recent notifications, with the newest notifications appearing first.
Each notification includes a brief summary of the activity that occurred and, when applicable, provides quick access to the related item within CM Hub.
From the Notification Center, you can:
- View your most recent account activity.
- Open the related deal or feature directly from a notification.
- Remove notifications you no longer need.
As new activity occurs, your Notification Center automatically updates so you never miss an important event.
Tips
- Check your Notification Center regularly to stay informed about new brand activity and updates.
- Address new notifications promptly to help keep your sponsorships and outreach campaigns on track.
- Delete notifications that are no longer relevant to keep your Notification Center organized.
Calendar overview
The CM Hub Calendar helps you stay organized by bringing all of your important campaign deadlines together in one place. Instead of searching through individual deals, you can quickly see upcoming drafts, content live dates, and expected payouts so you always know what's coming next.
To open the Calendar, click the calendar icon located in the upper-right corner of any page within CM Hub.
Understanding the Calendar
The Calendar displays important milestones from your brand deals using color-coded events, making it easy to identify upcoming deadlines at a glance.
Draft Due Dates
Red calendar events represent draft due dates.
These reminders help you stay on schedule by showing when your content should be submitted to the brand for review.
Live Dates
Blue calendar events represent content live dates.
These indicate when your sponsored content is scheduled to be published across your social platforms.
Expected Payouts
Green calendar events represent expected payout dates.
These reminders help you anticipate when payment is expected based on the terms of your brand agreement.
Viewing Calendar Events
Click any event on the calendar to view additional information about the associated deal. From there, you can quickly access the deal workspace to review campaign details, communicate with your Campaign Manager, or update the deal as needed.
Tips
- Review your calendar regularly to stay ahead of upcoming deadlines.
- Use draft due dates to plan your production schedule and avoid last-minute revisions.
- Monitor expected payout dates so you can better manage your creator business finances.
- Keep your deals up to date, as calendar events are generated from the information stored within each deal.
