Tips
- Check your Notification Center regularly so you don't miss important deadlines or updates.
- Most notifications can be clicked to open the related deal, allowing you to take action immediately.
- You can remove notifications after you've reviewed them to keep your Notification Center organized.
Opening a deal from a notification
Many notifications within CM Hub are linked directly to the brand deal they reference. Instead of searching through your Deals page, you can open the associated deal with a single click, making it easy to review updates, respond to messages, and take action quickly.
Opening a Related Deal
To open a deal from a notification:
- Click the Notification Center icon in the upper-right corner of CM Hub.
- Locate the notification you would like to view.
- Click anywhere on the notification.
If the notification is associated with a brand deal, CM Hub will automatically open the corresponding deal page.
What You Can Do Next
Once the deal opens, you can:
- Review the latest campaign updates.
- Read and respond to chat messages.
- View campaign deliverables and deadlines.
- Upload or review campaign documents.
- Continue working on your sponsorship without searching for it manually.
Tips
- New notifications appear at the top of the Notification Center, making recent activity easy to find.
- Opening a notification does not delete it. You can remove notifications separately once you no longer need them.
- If a notification is informational and isn't associated with a specific deal, clicking it may not redirect you to another page.
Deleting notifications
As you complete tasks and review updates, your Notification Center may begin to fill with older notifications. Deleting notifications allows you to keep your Notification Center organized while focusing on the updates that matter most.
Deleting a notification only removes it from your Notification Center. It does not delete any deals, outreach campaigns, messages, contracts, or other data associated with the notification.
Delete a Notification
To remove a notification:
- Click the Notification Center icon in the upper-right corner of CM Hub.
- Locate the notification you would like to remove.
- Click the Delete icon next to the notification.
- The notification will be immediately removed from your Notification Center.
Things to Know
- Deleting a notification cannot be undone.
- Removing a notification does not affect the associated deal, campaign, message, or other account data.
- New notifications will continue to appear automatically as activity occurs within your CM Hub account.
Tips
- Consider reviewing a notification before deleting it to ensure you've completed any required action.
- Remove older notifications periodically to keep your Notification Center clean and easy to navigate.
- If you're unsure whether you've addressed a notification, click it first to review the related item before deleting it.
